Non-obligatory interior design consultancy with
conceptual proposal.
Series of conversations to understand clients’ requirements and lifestyle to be able to brief and elaborate on interior space with specific flow and functions to determine the project objectives. Proposal comes with a preliminary itemized quotation and conceptual mood board presentation to achieve further understanding on initial ideas, colors and patterns in line with a proposed floor plan.

IDEATION
Design development with
detailed drawings.
Upon confirmation of projects, site measurements will be carried out to achieve accurate on-site dimensions for the development of floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings in greater detail. The colors, material finishes, furniture and fittings will be selected in reference to previous mood board to be discussed as a whole in 3D visualizations.

IMPLEMENTATION
Project management from inception
to completion.
Upon confirmation on the drawings, on-site construction phase begins. The process of working with contractors based on confirmed layout plans and drawings is always challenging but never impossible based on our knowledge and experience. Construction works will be updated regularly in line with confirmed project schedule to achieve a smooth renovation journey.
